Do you remember what it was like to be a teenager? Wasn’t easy, was it? Teens today have so much up against them with more sophisticated distractions than we did.

Parenting a teen is a special season to navigate, so I’ve invited Dr. Dawn Montgomery to help us understand what teenagers need from us as parents, and how we can practically connect with them in real ways.

Dr. Montgomery is a clinical psychologist and specializes in marriage & family therapy. She runs a private practice in downtown Honolulu. To request an appointment, email: dawnmontgomerypsyd@gmail.com
