This chicken soup recipe is as quick as it is easy. It might quickly become your new family favorite soup because it takes almost no time at all in the Instant Pot.

You can find Barilla Gluten Free Pasta here on Amazon, a great alternative to regular pasta. You can also forego the pasta and add more vegetables.

What’s amazing about this chicken soup recipe, is that you can throw it together and then set the table while it’s cooking. Done in almost no time at all, just the amount of time it takes for the Instant Pot to pressurize.

When our kids are sick and we don’t want to give them chicken soup from a can, this recipe serves up quick and with fresher vegetables.

Enjoy!
